Future Recommendations, Thoughts and Plans

1. A fully fleshed out lore entry for the Arpat Sector (Our RP setting) is in the works - assistance in this regard will be appreciated essentially we will be creating a solar system for our activities and detailing what goes on upon the planets, the overarching premise of our RP is Imperial expansion into a hitherto unknown sector, centered around the Arpat system which is the namesake of the sector. This lore entry will also include services offered by the group, we are unified by our love for the setting and that means opening up the grounds for all factions to contribute, this lore entry may include a hitlist, tasks and quests which members can use as RP prompts either in PM's or in forums - It will give us a focus as a group. As always I am more than willing to provide and play as NPC's for those of you needing some writing practice or wanting to dish it out 40k style.
2. The Throne - A biweekly gazette style entry which is essentially a member spotlight featuring a piece of writing, a short bio or something similar and an optional "interview" feature with a holo-news correspondent.
3. Roleplay threads in the future will have a timeline for completion currently I am considering the 1-2 month mark with the intention of completing one roleplay thread per month, this will allow us to progress the storyline, ensure an active presence on RPR and add variety as time goes on.
4. A 1-week time limit for making the next post in threads which you are active - I realize IRL makes it difficult, but members committing to writing in an RP are expected to be able to accommodate this within the timeframe. Extensions to the timeframe may be requested, but if you are running late with a post you must make the declaration, this tends to interrupt the post order and jeopardize RP's where your character may be centrally indicated. Delayed members will be sent a PM to confirm their continued participation in the RP, if there is no response then other members are free to exercise their judgement and take control of the other characters actions. By participating in the WH40k group you are explicitly aware and provide consent that delays in excess of 1 week without notice will result in your character's actions being controlled to ensure the continuity of the RP and that this will be considered group lore Please note that this will be enforced with due leniency however it is not fair to make other members wait excessively for you to post without notice.
5. There is a soft expectation that members will be able to make 300-500 word posts, though I realize this depends on muse and substance. This group does not restrict the use of Gen-AI for posting, ideally Gen-AI posts still feature the writer's creative direction and unique inputs and include paraphrased and self-written paragraphs where convenient.I did this to be cognizant of people's time and muse, gen-AI can provide a means to bridge the gap so to speak, but you are still encouraged to edit the posts and stay true to the creative direction of your character.
