Near the cell block where most entities are kept is a large laboratory area. Scientific equipment is amply available, focusing on the testing of biological samples collected from entities.
Once testing on samples has been completed, the entity itself may be used for experimentation. MRI, CT, and PET scanning is available to observe the inner-workings of these entities. Extra rooms are available to test entity responses to different environmental changes; such as temperature, gravity, wind speed, and in cases where samples have already expressed some immunity; radiation.
