Entities who are proven to be nonhazardous are allowed a few hours outside their cells each day. The common area is filled with chairs and tables that are bolted to the floor. Some forms of recreation are provided; including, but not limited to:

Papers and coloring utensils
Books
Puzzles
A television on one of the walls. Entities are allowed daily votes to determine what movie/show is played.
