She's a mind-blowing world-builder with an unprecedented attention to detail, unmatched ability to apply realism to fiction, keen memory for plots and acute awareness of the going-ons in any setting she takes part in. Her characters are constructed with head and heart, her contributions to groups are enormous. Selfless, smart, grounded, organized.
