If I seem to be ignoring you POKE ME as I am very stupid and don't always people good.

I started RPing March 2009.

My posts vary from 3 sentences to multiple paragraphs depending on how involved I am with a story.

I am in the Pacific Time Zone and am not a morning person so please take that into account when RPing with me.

I write in prose aka how books are commonly written. I strongly prefer to RP with others that also write in this way. This does not mean I will not write with a person that uses other styles, but it may be harder to make a story together with differing styles in my opinion.

I put a lot of time and effort into my characters and the RPs they are in. Often I carry over things from one RP to another if it effected my character. I do try to avoid naming names in case others do not want to keep the connection between our characters cannon outside of one off RPs.

I do not have the best spelling skills but I do try very hard to make use of spellcheck and dictionary.com to attempt to write understandable posts when I RP.

I expect others I RP with to put in some effort to spell words correctly and write sentences that are understandable. I try to make a 'best guess' most of the time, but if something is really off in a post I'll asked Out Of Character ((OOC)) if I need clarification.

tl;dr

RPing with me works best if you try to follow the suggestion below.

Write more like this:

The umber canine perked her ears and tilted her head in puzzlement at the fox's ridiculous request. How dare he ask such a thing of her! Didn't he know she was a princess?! She turned away in a huff growling, "The indecency of peasants!"

Instead of like this:

hobs arund hi can i be yur fiend pls? *hugs u*

The second post is not wrong or bad side from having spelling mistakes ('hobs' was my own mistake, the others were for effect), but it is harder for me to reply to this style of RPing than full sentences with mostly correct spelling and punctuation. Quote marks around dialogue and a lack of asterisks around words unless needed for emphasis also helps a lot.

As I have had people ask for certain RPs out of the blue I feel I should help out a little and add this here:

I do not normally RP in cannon settings anymore. I have in the past RPed in a Redwall setting which was set many years after the book series and no character was related to the book characters as far as I can recall outside of reasonable exceptions (like a certain tribe in the book being descended from a prior character earlier in the series and two known heroes also being distant cousins to said tribe and each other).

I might consider RPing in a MLP setting if the details of it can be established before hand, though that is the only exception I am comfortable with at present.

Otherwise it is best not to ask me to RP in a cannon setting.

Furthermore, it is best to point out that I am not involved with the Harry Potter, Twilight (or its derivatives) Fandoms nor have I read and books or watched the movies - by choice I have avoid these as a RL friend was obsessed with them and turned me off ever wanting to seek them out. Same goes for Warrior Cats. While HP and Warriors are settings I might have otherwise enjoyed if I had found them on my own it is a tad annoying and some day I may yet carve out time to read some of the books or watch the movies in the latter's case (they air on TV often in my area).

Aside from reading Dracula once, I have not read up on Vampire lore nor am I interested in Vampires generally speaking. I am not well versed on Werewolf lore from popular films either though if I had to pick I'd rather flounder in a werewolf RP with the outdated and very wrong concept of wolf packs having an Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma? , Omega hierarchy system (which real wolves do not order themselves into) rather than deal with whatever flavor of Vampire RPs that exist.

Most RPs I do are heavy on fantasy (even those without magic) and or involve some degree of historical stuff if the setting is not modern times or the recent past.

So if you are looking for someone to RP some fandom you like or some cannon pairing or character I am the last person to ask to RP with you.

Rave Reviews

Absolutely wonderful player! Her characters are so well-thought-out, and she has a fantastic consistency with them. Character ideas are unique and exciting, and her posts are a wonderful paragraph length that always gives me multiple things to respond to, which makes my posts bigger as well! I would highly recommend RPing with her! - CelestinaGrey
Mike Anchorson (played by Ms_Draca)
I love how well these two characters play off each other. There's definitely a history between them, and yet, it doesn't monopolize the RP. Plus, it adds a lot of humor and fun to the story. Mike is hilarious because of her penchant for hiding her gender (even if unintentionally) and having to deal with the aftermath. I can't wait to see what else these two will lend to the RP. They are definitely great, well-rounded characters that will lend humor and support for any quest! - PenGryphon2007
