Another
Another face, hidden behind a screen. That's where the name comes from. But for those who are interested in learning more about me, I can share a little bit. My name is Claire, I'm 25 years old, and I live along the East Coast of the US.
So I'll start off like this, I'm an awkward girl, and I find it hard to talk about myself. So if any of this seems odd or repetitive, then my apologies in advance. I consider myself a mediocre writer at best, as I was on a 3-year hiatus from roleplaying before making a return on Roleplayer's Guild. However, for all those who know what that was, you know how that turned out. Others that I write with tell me differently, but I suppose that I'm my own worst critic at times. It's also very difficult for me to just message random people and ask if they want to roleplay, so at times, I might sound a bit like a robot. So again, I apologize ahead of time.
Roleplay Style:
Crossovers are in abundance when I roleplay, and I'm able to roleplay in many different verses. I'm just as happy working on something that's sci-fi based as I would be in fantasy, for example. If anything else, I like to consider myself flexible and open-minded to a certain extent. I have been told that the way I write is overly detailed, and a lot of the meat of a reply can be lost if just focusing on the bone structure. This is something I'm trying to work on as of right now, so if you find yourself wishing to give constructive criticism, I would welcome it.
Characters:
For the characters that I play, they are very near and dear to my heart. Canon characters aren't really a consideration for me, as the characters I play are the ones I create, with all the love and care that goes into them. They mostly come from games that I play, and I have ideas as to which characters I would consider bringing here as well. Unfortunately for anyone who was thinking it, that probably means that I won't create characters specifically for a story, unless there might be a game connected to it that allows character creation. Of course, I would have to like the game as well to do this, but that isn't terribly difficult.
Rules:
I'll be honest, I'm not really a rules kind of girl. If there's anything that could be considered rules, it would basically be anything that falls into the vein of common sense. No controlling my character, etc., etc. I will always ask those who I roleplay with if they have any, but only because it's out of respect for anyone who I might be roleplaying with.
If I think of anything else I need to add, I will. But for those who have questions, feel free to ask me, and I'll answer them as best I can.

I love writing with Another. We have a wonderful story going on that we have been writing together now for about a year or more. There is a lot of detail in the story and each post moves the plot along. Her characters draw me in and I wonder how the story develops around them. A fantastic friend and great writer.

Another and I were both refugees from RPG. I never actually knew them on there but I met them on here. We have not been writing together long but it has been enjoyable. There is so much depth and detail in their style that I greatly enjoy. They know how to develop their characters and the story. This writer is a joy to write with and I am looking forward to writing with them more.
