I'm new to this site but not new to writing or role playing. In the future I may choose to fill this space with more information about myself but for now this will have to suffice.
* I play a wide variety of characters. I love high fantasy, medieval, historical fantasy, supernatural/paranormal modern, and I may consider post apoc.
* I play male and female characters. Why? Because a female author does not write a book with only female characters. My goal is to write a fantastic story that is worth reading (and rereading), not match up every literary character I create with a potential mate or significant other.
* I play multiple characters -- and love it when I have a partner who can and does the same. Adjacent story lines, plots, and subplots give a world life and the characters within it a deeper purpose!
* I'm not interested in text-sex. I'm also not interested in scripting porn, writing erotica, or smut-only plots. I have no problem at all with adult content (violence, suggested violence, mature topics, and yes, sex) but there are certain aspects I would prefer not to let my RP world revolve around. I'm not opposed to sex in play when the story calls for it (IF it calls for it), but I have no interest in writing out sexual scenes every time I sit down to write. It's boring and makes the play stagnant. I will indulge my partner now and then in the right circumstance but otherwise, I'm pretty content with a "fade to black" scenario in most cases. With all that in mind, though....sexual tension is something of another matter and can be all kinds of fun with a competent writer wielding the right kind of character. So bring it on.

* Drama belongs in character. I don't want to hear what you think of other people or if you have problems with them, their characters, their writing, their icon, their facebook -- whatever. I can form my own opinions. Thanks.
* I'm very easy-going and I enjoy writing...however...I am only interested in playing with players who are 18+ (preferably 21+).
* I write... a lot. I don't expect anyone to match the length of my posts but you should be able to at least respond with more than a short paragraph. I want (NEED) more than just "reactionary commentary". Engage me so that I can, in return, inspire you! Also, it's rather frustrating when I spend time on writing out a response or laying out a scene, characters, npcs, or secondaries and leave several options open for a plot or story, only for my partner to respond with...a slightly revised version of their previous post and waiting for that weird he/she meets him/her...thing.
