My background was mainly on literate RP forums for about 10 years, but I have done some RPing on Discord and Reddit. I prefer the shared google document approach.
I like quality over quantity in posts, that said a quality post in most cases has a few paragraphs at least. My own post replies can vary between a few paragraphs and a few pages depending on what is necessary.
Most of the genres I have played have been in more traditional fantasy settings but I've also played Urban fantasy, cyberpunk, western, and post-apocalyptic. I've also played in a few fandom settings, and a fair bit in the Warhammer universes specifically.
I do almost always enjoy a good love story. Its not, however, necessary to be part of every story. I am also not interested in ERP / Smut, especially not with strangers.
