I'm frankly at a loss for what to say, when it comes to this devilishly witty player. His writing somehow manages to seem baroque and breezy all at once, and his characters are dynamic, unique and bursting with life. When he's funny, he's pants-pissingly funny. When he's dramatic, he's gripping and intense. I envy him, in that he never seems to be at a loss for a truly stellar response to whatever RP happens to throw at him.

Rosby is a fascinating character. He has his strengths and his weaknesses, some which are quite hilarious and well-played. His history itself is well thought-out and certainly adds to the Tether's atmosphere and continuity. Always enjoy reading what he's up to!
