Shasari
Greetings!
Where to start - well I'm an artist, though my media is photography and fabric arts (puppets, fursuits and other stuffs). I'm also an avid role player - having started off playing AD&D when I was in high school.
My high school major was English, and that became my minor in college, with a major in environmenal sciences/ecology with a slant toward wildlife biology and conservation. It is my dearest hope to do something real and effectual toward saving the tiger from extinction.
I then found the furry fandom while in college, and hence my fursona character, Shasari, was born in September 1994. I was trying to think of a species that interested me, and make him unique enough to be really interesting. I actually came up with the initial character design, and his name, on a long drive from Massachusetts to South Dakota.
I'm here to make friends and take part in some light, well developed RP with this character. If I were to delve into some darker, or more mature fare, I would need to develop a new character, one that I don't have quite the same level of affinity for. Shasari is very, very special to me.
