Long time tabletop roleplayer and GM here. I also write, so it only makes sense that I would be drawn to a forum such as this.
Preferred genres are: Fantasy (traditional or contemporary), sci-fi with fantasy elements (Ex: Star Wars, Rifts), paranormal (Ex: White wolf), super powers, and multiverse.
I prefer not to be involved in realistic or slice-of-life. I deal with enough reality on a day-to-day basis. And I'm sorry to say that I'm limited in my anime knowledge. Again… old school. My favorite anime series is Slayers from the 90's and not many are even aware of its existence anymore. I don't play a lot of video games either. I prefer creating and playing OCs.
My average post is 3 to 5 paragraphs, give or take and depending on the situation. As a player I'm open to freeform, dice, or character sheets as long as it is supplied. Should I run a game in the future, I will likely ask for a character write up.
Other hobbies/talents: Singing, Graphic illustration, image alterations (using Procreate and other apps), camouflaging my warped mind to blend in with society.
If anyone is running a group and needs players that fit any of this, let me know. I enjoy writing characters with a lot of personality and I tend to include humor. I try my best to keep it fun.
