I'm a real queer Texan lady living in Philly (go birds, I guess).
I make a living as a freelance copywriter and working artist. Mostly, that means I get to make money sitting at home and typing a whole bunch or painting some (inevitably very gay) art or whatever. And I have two very cute cats! It's a good life!
Once upon a time, as a wee lil preteen lesbian, I was super into written RP. It was really formative for me in honing my writing abilities, making connections with fellow young gays, and allowing me to imagine and enact the kinds of very queer relationships I yearned for.
I fell out of the habit in high school though, and-- though I've had brief flirtations with getting back into it at various points in my life-- it's only now, some 15 years later, that I'm really pursuing the ol' hobby once more.
Anyway, I'm open for just about any genre of roleplay these days (from fantasy to sci-fi to historical to modern) as long as it's fundamentally telling stories about queer characters. I'm not particularly interested in fandoms (unless it's Star Wars, I'd go apeshit for some Star Wars rp) and prefer OCs to messing with IPs, lol.
