I'm not used to having a profile, usually I just run through my characters.
Some info that I'm dumping here:
My roleplay posts usually aren't that long. Sure, they're definitely not short! But I don't make 3+ paragraph posts. Honestly, you don't have that much to describe in roleplay if you're mid conversation, within an action scene, or are anywhere that doesn't involve describing a certain thing- like a setting of the contents of a box- in great detail. I don't want to have to describe how I breath each post, I don't want to be that detailed. It's not fun to have to meet a certain limit. I want to say what needs to be said about the current, plus some extra details for charm, and that's it. Most of my posts are about a paragraph long, however, maybe semi-para if it's a conversation or fast-paced. I'm used to roleplaying in chatrooms in real-time, or in DnD in real-time. So don't be confused if I turn you down for being too detailed or too long. It's just a personal preference thing.
