You can call me Eso or whatever you come up with. I'm a ginger with a ginger cat and he's a delicate one. I'm used to barn cats so this city boy o'mine is funny. I grew up on a farm and I'm most comfortable in the mountains. I spent a lot of time reading on boulders in the forest. Poetry and novels have been my friends since I could put letters together.
I started rping around 12 or 13 and I've been going about 10-11 years strong. My memory is a bit foggy on the specifics. I began with anime fandom and those magical school tropes. Then I found some mentors and writers/rpers who I idolized, which motivated me to step outside those bounds. I began to think before writing and I worked on more original characters and plots. Eventually I moved onto different, more advanced communities (I'd been rping on the forums of MangaFox) and truly began to learn how to roleplay!
I typically roleplay gay or asexual characters. Romance isn't very important to me, but character and relationship development is. I think it's important to remember that not all relationships have to develop in a romantic or sexual nature. I also really enjoy plotting. I tend towards modern, slice of life, adventure, action, low fantasy, preternatural, apocalyptic, and/or sci-fi when writing my own plots. I'm open to most genres. My only icks are furry, master/slave, some mecha (there are specific ones I like), and straight up smut.
