Intro

  The Folks:
  
  
  Shara: An ambiguously teenage girl, usually around fifteen years old. She has long dark hair kept somewhat disheveled in the style of many an impatient child who successfully dodged their mothers brush. Foul mouthed, and ill-tempered, she works in a small tavern owned by a man who looks an awful lot like her. Shara lives with her aunt, Lana, and is seen frequently skulking about with less than reputable people in town. Hobbies: Knife fighting, organized crime, harassing the local wildlife, theft.
  
  
  Tibalt "Fetter", the Dishboy: A very young man, lanky, with dusky brown hair and large, expressive eyes. He talks quickly, and often for long periods of time. It seems as though everyone who knows him only knows him as "Fetter". He's got a chipped tooth and a decent tan. His fingers are long and one of them is bent at a bit of an odd angle. He's prone to smiling, and is usually in the back of his respective tavern, washing the dishes. Given some training, he could become a decent swordsman, or perhaps more.
  
  
  Lana: A woman in her mid-twenties, of average weight and height, if not a bit on the tall side. Dresses practically, often has her sleeves rolled up around her elbows. She has a bit more peach-fuzz on her limbs than average, and the hair on top of her head is a wavy strawberry blonde. Keeping to herself in her spare time, she's otherwise often found working as a waitress in her respective tavern, or in shadier and less known districts, in the company of her coworkers. She acts as a single mother for Shara, the daughter of her late twin sister. Relates poorly with Archer.
  
  
  "Oriele": A short woman in her prime. She has long, curly black hair, and a persistently impish grin. Sociable and very impulsive. She works part time as a waitress in her respective tavern, and seems to have a new companion each week. Often late or simply skipping work, her maintained position at the bar is peculiar at best. Ori is a difficult person to track down outside of the bar, although she can occasionally be found in shadier and lesser known districts, in the company of some of her coworkers.
  
  
  Arciere "Archer" Boogschutter: An average man by all accounts, although perhaps a bit shorter than the rest. He has trimmed, dark hair, and somewhat hairy knuckles. Often tired from the long hours spent working, he is known to be somewhat of an impatient man and is rarely seen apart from his pistol - or, in some cases, a small, loaded crossbow. Archer runs a small tavern nestled in a less than reputable area of town, and appears to live and breathe accounting. He can very rarely be found in certain shady and lesser known districts, in the company of his sponsors.
  
  
  Shiyal Northwind (Child): A young honey-haired girl with dark, freckled skin and large brown eyes. Very shy, and possibly nonverbal. Easily attached to kind people, loves animals, frightened of loud things. Very empathetic.
  
  
  Toris "Princess" Yaslana: Fair skinned, with long sable brown hair. She prefers not to speak, or perhaps she simply can't? Often comes off as meek, and easily startled. Skilled in embroidery and other handicrafts. Patient. Bears notable knotted scars along the right side of her face, throat, and mouth. Blind in one eye. Sometimes struggles with eating dense foods. Winters are hard on her.
  
  
  Bird: A large, white bird with a long beak, legs, feathers, and tail. Appears to prefer hunting near water. Is averse to other birds, particularly crows. Doesn't appear to have a nest, or a mate. May groom excessively when under duress. To the magically or naturally inclined: this bird doesn't seem right, somehow.
