  About the horse:
  Tempest is the name of a Raiü, given to him by his master. Fickle, playful, and mischievous, he is loyal to the end despite and will defend his master from any perceived threats. He is a powerful foe and a devoted friend to those he sees as pure. He is brash and unafraid, and may even force a master to face a truth that they may turn away from.
  
  
  
  The Souls
  Raiü are storm spirits, and can be most often found in an equine form when choosing to become visible. A literal embodiment of a storm, energy flows through them at all times, ready to be discharged or channelled at any moment. It is impossible to tame one, and it is considered an extremely rare occurrence for a Raiü to pledge themselves of their own will to an individual.
  
  It is said that they are able to see through to the depths hearts and souls, and in them they find worth in an individual.
  
  They are able to manifest themselves not only in an ethereal, equine form and solidify as they wish, but can also dissolve into wind at will. Lightning crackles through their 'bodies'.
  
  Like most wind spirits, Raiü can suffocate if trapped in an airtight space.
