Grand Clock Tower

The clock is what Chel calls an Astrological Clock, and tracks much more than mere time. The many dials tell the position of the sun, the moon and its phase, and the stars, as well as the passing of the seasons and the coming of sunrise and sunset. It also predicts celestial events such as eclipses, meteor showers, comets, and other such things, mostly for the fun of it.

The bells chime the hour, and can be heard throughout the entire town and echo over the estate beyond. Surprisingly, there is nothing abnormal about the bells of the tower, beyond the automated system that rings them.

Through use of precise sciences and the tower's own automatic adjustments, the clock keeps perfect time, and thus is trusted and used by the institutions of the town.
