• Description

  Anthromorphic. Although she is a cat of the shorthaired variety, her tail is quite bushy and fluffy. A pair of large purple butterfly wings protrude from her back. She is usually clad in an ornate victorian dress although some days she wears a corset and long skirt with a loincloth. She is an elemental mage and enchantress although she has only ever used her magic 3 times, and she tends to stay away from using it if she can.

• Biography

  Zanadria was born in 1316 AC (After Creation) in the Kingdom of Ithlyn. Her parents were Vashan von Tesslet and the faerie princess Aurora Vesperwind, the rulers of Ithlyn. She did not spend much time in the kingdom however, as not 2 days after her birth, Ithlyn was attacked as the oracle, Haggun had predicted, and the lands had been wiped clean of everyone who did not flee. Having forseen this, the oracle protected Zanadria and had taken her to the Isle of Manshu, where she could be raised in safety.
  
  Zanadria had been raised by the oracle that had had saved her, and raised as one of the Manshu Anu's own. She was taught well and because she was part fae, she was also trained in the magic arts of the tribe. She was a promising elemental mage and was also adept at enchantments from an early age earning her respect on the isle.
  
  Upon her 12th birthday, Haggun sat Zanadria down and told her about her origins andwhat she had to do. Being of age she was to go on the customary travel of the Manshu Anu and then was to find a way to revive the kingdom of Ithlyn. She set out a week after her birthday and decided to first travel to Espereth, the kingdom of her great grandmother. The kingdom of Espereth had been just as run down as Ithlyn was, although a cuckold noble was ruling the land and immediately sent her away in disbelief.
  
  Having no desire to continue on her quest to restore Ithlyn, Zanadria began to wander aimlessly around the world. She went many places and saw many things, not running into much trouble until she had turned 16. It was then that she met a man who offered her a job working as second in command over his lands. She was hesitant at first but she accepted. The place was in the less than savory kingdom of Furrabia, in a small housing district. Although it was within a bad area, there was very little trouble until the landowner made her start finding people to work in the local bar.
  
  Being a curious woman she decided to have fun with it. She flirted a bit while she interviewed people, sometimes enjoying too much and getting carried away, but the people she hired seemed to enjoy her company and never overstepped their boundaries. The landowner had seemed to be trying to gain her favor by giving her more power however she remained aloof and decided to surround herself with people who weren't going to hassle her so. Dignitaries from other lands came to visit as she expanded the land a bit, finding less and less time with the landowner who seemed to yearn for her attention.
  
  One tantamount night, after a heated argument with the jealous landowner, she enlisted the help of Obsidian Telron'fere as her bodyguard. It was that night that things took a turn for the worse. the landowner became unbearably egotistical even for his standards and soon started plotting a way to oust Zanadria from her position. Zanadria knew though. One of the workers had told her of this plan and as the landowner got more egotistical and greedy, Zana got more unruly and mischievous.
  
  After weeks of the tension between landowner and co-landowner growing, things came to a head when one of the female employees came to her with the way the landowner was weeding through troublesome staff. Zanadria confronted him without any thought aside from justice for the ladies he had frightened, she wanted to blast a hole in him the size of a watermelon but instead fled the lands, gathering up her bodyguard and a few wayward staff to take with her. She set up a small haven using some of the money she had saved working for the landowner and soon even more staff joined the group there, hearing tales of the landowner's wrath on all of the staff. She received several letters from the landowner, her bodyguard scoffing at the idle threats but urged her to move on.
  
  By the time all of this had transpired, Zanadria was 19. Soon her bodyguard had to do some military duty for a short time, leaving her alone to her own whims. Having nothing better to do, she decided to go to the lands of Neirod, where her mother's people came from. She travelled back toward the Forest of Naritz, where it was said the Neirodians dwelt. Upon arrival, Zanadria was immediately taken to Queen Morganna, who embraced the fact her grand daughter had come to Neirod. Although the queen wanted Zana to stay, Zana wished to restore Ithlyn. After much deliberation, Morganna agreed to help her, and gave Zanadria a small fortune in which to rebuild the city of Canterbury. She stayed several months more, but once she recieved a letter from Obsidian, she immediately went to fetch him again.
  
  Once she had reached the port where Obsidian had told her to meet him, they decided to take a small holiday there before heading for the Isle of Manshu to announce the rebuilding plans and gather some workers. It was rather nice having him back for a bit but as always, militia calls and Zana set off to find people to help her rebuild the first of the towns; Caterbury. Months of progress had been made and soon Zanadria opened the village of Canterbury up to all.
