Omega-C17 was built in late 2135, he was programmed to adapt his protocols to any situation if need, otherwise he would simply make observations and comments. In a protocol rewrite the droid accidentally wrote in a sarcasm code as well as an active aggressive code in which turned him into a sarcastic hunting machine ravaging the homes of targets and making really bad jokes
