  As Grand Inquisitor of the Stadt Elite Containment Forces, I hereby solemnly swear-
  
  To be first on the line of duty. To uphold justice with the powers vested within me, and to set an example for all who follow and fear us through the most efficient use of these powers.
  
  To maintain vigilance over all who would cause evil. To regulate within reason the overlap of free speech and hate speech.
  
  I understand that should I fail, I will have failed first the ideals of our country, second the ideals of our state, third the ideals of our district, fourth the hopes and ideals of our people that we have sworn to protect.
