  Thos isn't really a spotlight character.
  He's the adoptive parent. The silent, tired-looking middle aged man.
  He protects Syra.
  There is so much he would tell her, if he could. Keeping her safe is the best he can do.
  
  Thos is not very noticeable. He has black hair falling in spiky shocks and grey stubble, and beautiful grey eyes the color of storm-clouds. He wears casual clothing and keeps his head down in crowds. A deep scar on one of his legs causes Thos to limp. He doesn't talk to anybody about his injuries.
  
  Owns a small trinket store that barely brings in any money, which leads Syra to wondering how they always have enough cash to live comfortably on.
  
  Occasionally one will catch Thos' eye as he passes and think, for a fleeting moment, that they saw his irises flash white.
