• Uileam

  Let us imagine what Uileam looks like.
  First of all, let it be known that he appears male in late adolescence. His face structure has assumed a Square Shape. His ears are less defined like most people~as in, each sector more smoothly transitions into the other, without much dramatic angle. His lips are, blatantly, thin. The grin they reveal is very wide and slightly revels the gums. His nose runs as a Greek nose (well that wasn't very detailed). He has hooded eyes. The iris is completely black, save for slits perforate the inner edge of the iris. His eyebrows (I don't mean to be a Marty Stu because of this particular name but I love this shape) take on Attractive Thick. The hair on his head sprouts in medium length, black, with an encompassing of the ears so that a soft bulk shapes down to the nape. His hair is kept swept to the left, in a smooth curve.
  
  Uileam's appearance shifts depending on certain factors such as light exposure.
  His hair color will change from dark navy to jet black as environmental light shifts from low frequencies comes (red) to high frequencies (violet). The slits in his iris open or close as light brightens or dims repsectively.
  
  There is an exotic array of garments.
  This style is maintained through his existence as he has casually guised himself as human.
  
  The primary item on Uileam is a jumpsuit. It's a very dark navy, millimeter thick, rubber-like, tall collared suit, smooth but rough where intense light shines. In the back if the suit, an indention runs from the tip of the collar down to abode the waist. A purple, centimeter-thick stripe runs from the heel of the right foot straight up the leg, thigh, waist, back, then back around the shoulder in the same fashion to the toe. When physically constructed, materials in the suit cause kinetic energy to spread over the form, and cause coagulation of matter around the site(s) of impact. The feet are also covered, with a flat hard plate stabilizing the heels and underfoot.
  
  For a more personalized look, Uileam would don a tight white shirt that seamlessly latches from his torso to the collar. He wears, over this, a slim black Chinese-style tunic. The collar pops up just where it would meet the collar of the shirt. It is lined with gold. Another Gold streak and down from between the left shoulder and neck, right to the end of the tunic where more gold lines the bottom edge. The pants he wears are black, and also very form fitting, there exists seldom any hard crease.
  
  His Boots
  Let's use this fantastic combat boot as a base. The heel is half as shown in the example. There are no laces. The neck lacks holes, and splits as a V shape (about 25 to 30 degrees) from halfway up. The toe is more flat.
  
  Uileam accessorizes just a bit.
  On his right forearm, spanning from the wrist to about half the length, a sleek gauntlet. Centimeter-long spikes extend all around from its surface. On his left thigh, Uileam wears two grey belts. One just under the join of his hip, and the other about an inch below.

• Abilities and The Spectre

  Ano isn't ordinarily organic. He, or rather it, is a Spectre. Spectres are ghost-like entities, formed by points of energy and participles that become a system. These evolve as quantum masses that behave with intelligence, strive, emotion, and perception. They they arise from tangled masses of particles and patterns that facilitate consciousness without biological mechanisms. This being said, a Spectre may assume any form that it could possibly conceive. They could abuse their makeup to generate surges of energy, surges in natural forces, and so on.
  
  T worst thing to a Spectre is to lose stability in their form. Should it sustain too much damage, the Spectre will "wobble" and loose form. The Spector its self is that very consciousness, and if that form looses stability the spectre will cease to exist.
  So to take on a flesh gives the Spectre a safe and efficient environment to act on. The Spectre isn't resting within the many neurons and points of potential, actually interacting with those points. If the flesh dies off, the Spectre may flee without having to manifest and regenerate some time later.
  
  Complexity doesn't end here. We will move on to what Uileam can actually do.
  His primary ability acts as a catalyst for others.
  
  There most prominent of Uileam abilities involves the production of smokey particles and apparitions. Like a fire spreads ashes, this "smoke" is a byproduct of Uileam's indirect interactions with space-time and therefore does not affect the efficiency of them.
  
  Uileam's main ability is that of essentially budding his form into an independent system of particles that can be shaped to do all his bidding. By manufacturing this bud in a unique way, he can use the system to, say, move energy, convey forces, or manipulate matter even at the basic level.
  
  Uileam tends to travel as a streak of purple fluff. He dissolves, in a way, cloaking within a cloud of this, and is able to move fluidly however he wishes.
  
  Uileam also uses this as a medium to summon weapons or items that he has seemingly caused to vanish. This occurs in two ways: by saving the item in some form or by knowing the exact structure of this item and reproducing it.
  
  He may also use this ability to incapacitate others. By trapping them in a veil of the force, he may interact around and inside of the body to, for instance, disable movement.
