  Despite being born to a farmer and his wife in Edinburgh, Henry wanted to live life on the seas. However, being a Scot meant that the English ridiculed him and wouldn't take him. So he captained his own crew, "found" a ship of his own, and took to the "high seas" along with his collection of books.
  
  He dabbles in piracy and smuggling goods of all shapes and sizes--though his favorites are the books that contain contact poisons that burn and scar. "Read 'em and weep"...Well his mother always said he'd live up to his name. Too bad his non-existent offspring will have to live it down.
