Description

Kilwin wears light brown dragon armor and wears a jagged crown with dragon teeth. Half of his face is a pale ginger with a few freckles and the other is completely black with a yellow snake like eye, as well as comepetly black hair. He also carries a powerful black katana with a black sheath that he usually carries in hand and sometimes put it on his waist.

Biography

Lord Kilwen is part of the old generation of Dimensional Lords and the only surviving member of the debunk Elder council that used to regulate Dimensional Lord actions. Since became like what it si now after an experiment with black magic went horribly wrong and literally exploded in his face. After the new generation(Kampfer,Ova, and Erica) came in the council itself was no more because of the deaths of Elder's by various enemies like angels, demons and even though Dimensional Lords. Since Lord Kilwen was never found he was assumed dead, but in reality he was in hiding and now spends his days roaming the mortal realms.

Even though he roams around unknown to the new generation, if they cause a rift he'll sometimes come in and try to make amends to victims, it's the name Dimensional Diplomat. He carries his black Katana in hand called the "Dark Matsume" which is a Katana infused with dark magic, he doesn't usually unsheathe it in a fight but fights with it with sheath still on, sometimes he'll take it off the sheath of the blade, but he's really quick on his feet either way which makes up for his lack of power when swinging the blade.
