• Description

  Wolfe is of average height, and thin. He has straight fair hair, which he keeps in a tidy short ponytail, and sharp grey eyes. His clothes are well-maintained, and he generally looks clean and respectable, but they're a little too small for him, and of no wealth or comfort. He's beginning to grow a beard, but it's not much to speak of yet.

• Background

  He comes from a large farming family on the outskirts of a town, and has lived in their house all his life. The house is two storeys tall, and rather big, though it doesn't seem so on the inside. Wolfe lives with his two parents, three siblings, his brother-in law, nephew, and his wife, Mary.
  It was arranged that he would marry her when he came of age. Mary is his friend, they get along well, and he is perfectly content to be 'married' to her... however, he has not, nor ever will he have, romantic feelings for any woman. This is his secret, though his 'wife' may have guessed something of the sort.
  
  Often, as he sits outside, especially on a warm day, he'll practice on his lute. He's still learning, and isn't fantastic, but the feeling in his music comes across. He spends a lot of the time watching the flock with his younger brother Wylie.
  It is, therefore, his job to keep Wylie out of trouble- which is a very difficult job.
  Whenever he wanders off into the forest, or jumps a wall onto someone else's property, Wolfe must track him down and get him out of danger. Should Wylie find himself on a dangerous quest, Wolfe may well be inclined to follow, and protect him.
  Despite this, the boys are close, and really do love one another. Family and relationships are very important to Wolfe.
