Enri has always been able to notice the... less average aspects of the world. Sometimes it's as simple as an intense feeling of dread when entering a place, or the prickling of hairs on his arms.

Sometimes it's seeing and hearing supernatural phenomena, or accidentally stepping into their (un)natural habitats. Somehow he's always been able to make it out alive, but his sanity's taken a hit because of it. He's often unpredictable as a result.

The Revenant that's attached itself to Enri is a silent feline beast that stares (glares) disapprovingly at everyone and everything. She (and it is a she somehow) seems disappointed and bitter.

Though she does not (cannot?) speak, she somehow has introduced herself as Amanita. She also gives the impression of knowing things. So many things. In fact, unless she writes out her message, impressions are her only means of communication. A sort of indirect telepathy, you become inherently aware of the information she's trying to pass along. Usually it feels like remembering trivia or discovering something through close observation. And it's only as effective as how well she can sync with the intended target.
Most can only get vague, incomplete snatches of information or cloudy images. Nothing concrete or useful.

Amanita's toes are longer than any cat's should be - they're reminiscent of human fingers and tipped with long, curled claws like that of a reptile. When she opens her mouth, a double-row of pointed teeth greet you. She has long, sensitive quills on the sides of her face that look like whiskers but can be stiffened to a sharp point. So don't touch her face without permission. Most of her fur is laced with similar, shorter quills that behave exactly like the rest of the hair until she stiffens them. Ouch.

Her cream-colored fur is velvety short, marred only by large gashes between some of her ribs. These gashes reveal the hollow space in her chest, as she has no organs. Instead, a small glow occasionally pulses from within it, changing colors dependent on mood from a pale yellow-orange to a warm purple. It is never blue, never red or pink, and never a pure, golden yellow. Oftentimes, however, this glow isn't noticeable.

When Amanita moves, sometimes her whole body doesn't appear to have got the memo. Though it isn't the case, it appears to stretch or leaves after images (depending on how well you perceive it). This also aids in her ability to dodge attacks. It's disorienting as hell to watch her fight.

Like all cats, she's prone to looking you dead in the eye as she pushes something valuable onto the floor. Unlike cats, her deft finger-toes are capable of operating heavy machinery and killing you with a runaway forklift.

Beware when Amanita opens her mouth wide and breathes deeply. For it is a sign that she is about to scream. This is the only sound she seems capable of making, and it is mentally scarring. It sounds like the violent death of multiple women at once... And she generally won't stop screaming until you are deafened or flee.

Otherwise, she's uncannily silent. To the point where sometimes sound just seems to stop when she's around. If you enter an area and it's eerily quiet without reason, she's probably there.
