From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

Jay is such a cool guy and a great writer. Though our rp has been temporarily on hold cause the world has gone mad, I miss it all the time. Jay has been really fun to get to know and rp with. Their writing is top notch and the character they made for our rp is interesting, deep, struggling and flawed but so determined to do the right thing. This guy is amazing, honestly! He has so many creative ideas and knows how to drive the plot forward, not to mention that his writing is incredibly descriptive and you truly get a feel of his character(s). I am baffled by how he so easily flows from one subject to another when writing and how it makes it all feel ALIVE. If you haven't already roleplayed with him give him a try!! Jay's just excellent giant, he has fabulous beard. He's humble and his knowledge amazes me. Honestly I don't know what next to write, I never had occasion to role play with him but that doesn't mean I don't respect him.

When Jay replied to my LFRP thread 7 years ago I had no idea I was meeting someone who would become one of my best friends and favorite people. Jay is so many things, I honestly couldn't cover it in one kudos. He is funny, thoughtful, caring person with a brilliantly creative mind. Together we have crafted numerous stories and created so much life that sometimes I'm left in awe when I think of it all. A two parter because 500 characters is not enough. . .I've raved about Jay's writing and story telling abilities in past kudos, and after six/seven years writing together Jay still never ceases to amaze me. But, his literary prowess isn't why I'm here; I'm actually here now to compliment the person that he is. Jay has to be my oldest plotting partner and one of my best friends, and to be honest, over the years I've discovered he really is a bit of a marvel. Jay is a thorough and creative world builder, and completely filled to the brim with engaging plots, and amazing characters. I've had the immense pleasure of creating and writing with this amazing human for 6 or 7 years now and I am continuously surprised and never disappointed by him. If given the chance to write with him don't pass it up
