From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

I've been writing with wolfcat for quite a while now and I'm always blown away by the level of detail in their posts and the mature feel to their characters. Even as our rp gets long, it continues to get better rather than getting stagnant. I'm truly excited to see where things go and I hope to rp with even more characters in the future.

I trick-or-treated at Wolfcat's character's home "Akio". We were able to drive what would have been a simple interaction and keep it going a bit longer. His character asked mine to tell a joke before he could get candy. That gave me the opportunity to really get creative in how my character responded as he normally would not have been outgoing under the circumstances.
