†/†/†/†/†--- Awaken Harbinger: Due to the early encounter the Tenkuus had with a Harbinger(noted in History) ,the caster is enabled to generate a massive amount of mana within or around his/her own being allowing spells cast to become multiplied in strength (Tier 4), but due to the limits of the human body the caster cannot unleash its full extent under any circumstances nor maintain this state of being for more than forty minutes. When Awaken Harbinger runs through the full forty minute course the caster will be left without mana to use for this period of consciousness. (The caster requires rest before mana becomes available again.). If the caster however, deactivates this ability without draining the ample well of mana with more than 20 minutes left remaining, the caster can retain mana use but will only be able to use the Tier beneath their maximum.

†--- Pyrokinesis: Can only cast Tier 1 spells; including your basic fireball and wading through an area of fire. (Walking through fire can only be done for a limited time.)

†/†/†--- Hydrokinesis: Can range from Tier 1 to Tier 3 spells ranging from your familiar water sphere to bringing a torrent upon a designated area. (Tier 3 spells require a body of water nearby.)

† --- Reveal: Caster can see the flow of mana. Can be used as a detection skill when in search of another caster by focusing on mana concentrations.

†--- PASSIVE Mana Creation: When in the absence of external mana the body will generate its own mana but restrict the Tiers of use by 1 stage. (Can be stacked with Awaken Harbinger's Tier degrade)

†--- Mirror Image: The caster creates an illusion that there are two of the caster. Due to the Doppelganger's composition being made of mana, the image can cast real spells up to one time before dissipating. Clones that can cast spells are seen as a solid object but are intangible physically and must be stationed close by. The lesser version of these clones are faded with a further range to be cast and are typically used to elude pursuers in a crowd. (More effective in shaded areas.)

†--- Quick Move: The caster will feel lighter and more enticed to go forward, increasing their movement speed for a short time.

†--- Further Strength: The caster gains a burst of strength for a limited time but leaves the caster fatigued physically. (This spell is ill-advised during combat.)

They were born into a village ruled by the magics of a harbinger that rests beneath the small civilization. The dwellers in this village were very much dependent on the flow of mana as they developed an adaption to manipulating the energies to their benefits; whether it is hunting game or doing difficult tasks around their households, however, this magic did not come without a price to be paid. The Harbinger demanded a sacrifice once every decade that it may be anchored to this world. Who is chosen to be the sacrifice is decided by a Town Meeting with the village's councils. After the meeting is held a small slip of paper is slipped under the doors of each residence each slip bearing a rune. The Earth rune meant the meeting bore them no ill-will and their family will be spared from having to offer a sacrifice during the coming ritual. The imprint of the Fire Rune, however, meant the family must offer their young to become the village's next sacrifice.

The Tenkuu's were horrified to see the Fire Rune on the slip of paper they received. They loved their children, everything they worked for was to preserve and better their children. The next Crescent moon was to be the date of the ritual and it was only seven days and six nights away. Their children were sleeping in the next room when they came to the decision to save their children and thwart the Harbinger once and for all but that was easier said than done; to fight a being of a higher caliber than their own. The very same night they went to work on developing a spell, a spell strong enough to fight a deity. Fleeing from the village will surely do them no good as they know those who are chosen to submit a sacrifice are watched by the village guards. Days had gone by and the couple tirelessly worked on the spell but with no actual Harbinger to test it out on they are going only on a whim and a hope. The villagers saw the couple with their four children following closely behind and the dark circles of weariness under their eyes as they went to purchase food for the evening's meal. Unfortunately, the store with the ingredients they were looking for was near the village's edge.

As the parents requested the specific ingredients for the dinner they dismissed their children to go and play. Hakamori Tenkuu, their five-year-old son had wandered too close to the village's boundaries followed by Hissori; their six-year-old son, Kali; their six-year-old daughter and their five-year-old son, Hitori. Their father called out to them to not run too far but Hakamori was too enthralled in his fit of laughter and fun that he did not hear his father's voice and continued on. Just before they reached the village boundary a flare of blue flames sprung forth from the ground just in front of Hakamori and in its stead when the initial flash of the flames ebbed was one of the village guards who reached down to pick up the small child that led the game of chase by the back of his shirt. The father was quick to rush over yelling to unhand his son and the guard accused them of trying to escape the sacrifice. The father was quick to conjure a flaring ball of flames in his hands and again he repeated for the guard to release his son. The other three children had already taken to the offensive by kicking and hitting the guard who held their brother shouting for him to let go. A sentence had been announced just then by the guard, that the children will hereby spend the rest of their days before the crescent moon in a cell. The father, in a fit of fury, lunged toward the guard but before he could actually take off he was halted by his wife who grabbed his forearm and a quiet beckon of his name. Tears had filled her eyes.

They were weak, tired and frustrated she explained and there was nothing that could be done; there was no way the two could fight the village guards. The flaming aura he held in his hands dissipated as tears felt his rage struck eyes. Holding onto his wife he promised her they will save their children no matter the cost. Hissori, Hakamori, Kali, and Hitori spent the rest of their days in the cell. Through these next few days they refused to eat, speak a word and even respond the guards when they tried to explain to them the faults of their father; even children know when there is something wrong. With the days dragging by their parents continued their tireless work in developing a spell to defeat the Harbinger but to no avail were they sure their efforts would be any use. The night had finally come. The four were draped in cloaks knitted especially for sacrificial purposes. Decorative runes were stitched on the back each with the rune of Fire. The crescent moon hung high by the fringes of the stars. Everyone had come to witness the ritual as mandatory unless upon one's deathbed. The parents had enough time to work on the spell or so they felt. Shadows passed by their windows, sure enough, they knew the people were gathering at the circle. Sleep deprived and weary still running off of the sheer adrenaline of what is to come the two grab each other's hand and approach the door. Reaching out to grab the door handle and open it to follow the crowds a knock abruptly came upon the wood, startling the two. Taking a breath the father opened the door to see a small hunched over cloaked figure. The figure spoke up to them in a female elderly voice no less than 70 years of age as though she knew what they were planning. They were defensive but she was quick to add that she was in no way associated with the village except for the interest in seeing the Harbinger obliterated. Holding up a crystalline sphere with magic’s whirling at its core as an Atom would with its electrons. Explaining the only way to see the Harbinger gone is to make sure the object touches the Harbinger, no further details were given. The father looked at his wife and clenched her hand tighter as though unsure but she nodded her head saying how much she wanted her children to live on. The father quickly followed up to strike a deal. They will see to it this object is used against the Harbinger to have it destroyed as she claims but in the event they do not make it alive with their children they requested for her to take them in as her own. At first, there was a silence between them but a sigh left her lips and muttered this to be just another burden but the task must be accomplished. There was, however, a sudden change in her tone as though an idea had come to mind. The sphere was passed from the elderly woman to the father. The deal was settled, upon their death, she will provide foster care for their children. With no trinkets to leave with the woman for their children, they hurried out of the home to merge with the crowds.

It took time for the ritual to be set up. The children were set to stand upon particular rune slabs placed side by side. A set of candles were set on the outer edges of the circle to signify the barrier that no man may cross else he or she too be offered to the Harbinger. The four stood side by side unknowing of what was about to come. For some sense of safety they each grabbed the hands of those next to them. The ceremony began. The low chance of the appointed sages for the rituals begun to fill the air. Those not participating in this event held their tongues to allow the low murmurs to sound as monotonous vibrations. Beckoning the harbinger to rise and take part in its feast offered to it. In between the small stones that layered the circle floor a fog begun to creep out and fill the air. At the very center of the circle where the ground was a black soil at all times a large hand jut from the dirt as if a large being was rising from the dead. Clawing at the ground it begun to reel the rest of its massive stature up from the darkened soil that melted off of its flesh as blood. The head of a jackal, the body of a strong standing human yet its hands appeared to be delayed. Anubis? No, something of the lesser but greater than the latter. It rose to stand tall upon the black soil knowing fully the four standing before it was to be its offering. A powerful bellow left its maw that echoed far and wide, quaking the earth of the village. Still, the sages continued to chant as though in some state of a trance. The parents were quick to burst through the crowds upon the harbinger took its first step toward their children.

The four felt confident they would be fine as long as they were together which is why they kept their fear that thrashed about within their hearts contained. Their parents came rushing into the circle, a blue sphere of mana had crashed into the side of the Harbinger's jackal shaped head although there were no signs of visible and known damage. The father stood in front of the four while the mother came and knelt down to embrace their children. Both of the father's hands were bursting with mana ready to be used but in his pocket he kept the sphere waiting for an opportune time to use it if he could even get close. The guards were ready to step in but the head of the council halted them reminding them thereof the rule of added sacrifice upon entering the circle. With this rule embedded into everyone's mind they did no more than watch in pity yet also subtle sympathy. The Harbinger was not pleased with what stood between it and its offerings so to eliminate the matter he roared powerfully again. The earth within the circle shook, the rune tablets within glowed bright with its attributed colors. The father had no time to hesitate. Hurling another sphere of blue mana at the jackal the Harbinger swatted the energy away unaware the sphere was also within its core. The Harbinger took another step, rearing back a fist to pound into the father's weary body. He called his wife's name to watch the children as the Harbinger thrusts its fist down at full force. The effects of the sphere were already taking place. Igniting his hand once again with mana he thrusts both hands forward to halt the inbound fist with a heavy forward burst of mana. Rocks were being hurled about by the collision and even with the sphere's initial effects the father found the Harbinger to be far too powerful to even hold off. What more was there to expect from a being of higher caliber? The wife's eyes filled with tears knowing she had to depart with her children. Kissing each one on their foreheads as they clung to her clothes she told them an elderly woman will be taking care of them from now on. She knew they were not going to see this obstacle through. The father straining heavily to keep the fist at bay as mana clusters were being launched about in random directions. The burden was lightened on the father as he saw that his wife was standing by his side also launching forth all she had to offer. The harbinger's flesh began to dissipate into a vapor. Seeing what exactly had happened, a glowing object could be seen within its chest shining from within. The sphere was absorbing the Harbinger's abilities and strength. It was not going to die without inflicting some damage at least, so it thought. Retracting its fist its eyes glowed with the rising energy it was conjuring. Every orifice it had bled a deep amethyst. Slamming its fist into the ground the surface they stood upon began to well up as if a mountain were coming into play beneath them. The father was keen on what was happening as he could feel the flow of mana being drawn from all over the village into this single location. The Harbinger grinned as it begun its erosion from view just as the eruption took place. The father grabbed his wife, holding her tight while directing his hand toward their children.

All four of them made an attempt to move forward to hold onto their parents, screaming at the top of their lungs "Mommy" and "Daddy" The eruption took place. Just as it did so the parents had used every ounce of magic they could muster at that moment to protect their children, however, due to the lack of time to fortify this spell the barrier was shattered moments into the eruption, engulfed in a tint of amethyst. The village soon followed. Bound by the law of their council the villagers did not move as they feared death by the guard, a contradicting ruling. The parents were annihilated in totality as was the village in the uprising of unstable mana. The barrier did serve a purpose. It maintained the children's lives by shielding them from the initial blast but when the barrier was shattered they sustained enough damage to barely be alive. The explosion had ruptured the crystalline sphere within the Harbinger releasing its mana back into freedom but, because a Harbinger's mana could not sustain itself outside of a host it at first moved up with the rise of basic mana but then came crashing down. The Harbinger's mana filled the crater to the brim with a blinding light and was slow to ebb away as it was being absorbed by the four who lie in a state of unconsciousness granting them sorcery to be honed and learned. The rough outline of the village was all that remained as the crater in its stead was deep. Its depths were dark. There is where the children could be found and were. The old woman bound by her agreement with the now dead parents she slides down into the crater intrigued to see what she would find below if the children were even alive for that matter. In her palm, she ignited through the influence of mana a small green orb to provide her with light. At first, she cackled to see not a single soul but as she explored the area of the rough-surfaced crater she was disgruntled yet appeased to see four mounds of torn clothing. Here the children lay. As she approached them she narrowed her eyes to search for the sphere she used their parents to use on the Harbinger expecting it to be laying around on the floor somewhere making this her first priority. After an hour of searching, she looked over to the children in disbelief. Waving her hand over the four that lay in scattered arrangement but practically side by side mini-orbs of light rained down upon them.

For a brief moment they glowed with a powerful amethyst, the magic within their bodies was that of the harbinger. The old woman had never seen this before and was thoroughly interested to see the full results of this. Kneeling beside them she set the orb to levitate above them. Chanting a short spell the five of them were removed from this land to arrive in a cave on the mountain overlooking another village, her home. The moment the old woman's presence returned to the cave every torch lit. "The guild will be amused to hear this. My name is Fuzei. You will be trained to hunt the existence of Harbingers."
