One of Finnegan's most defining features is his bright and messy hair. His skin is pale and dotted with freckles, and his eyes are a lovely shade of green. He most often has formalwear on, no matter what sort of daily activity he is participating in. He has nearly perfect posture, no matter if he is sitting, standing, or even riding a horse-- except when he's trying to annoy proper company, of course.
Finnegan is a complete and utter jerk. He was raised in the lap of luxury, having everything handed to him on a silver platter the moment he demanded it. He has a fiery personality, easily frustrated and hotheaded. He hates uncertainty and untimeliness, and is generally very stuck-up. He has a soft spot for animals, and a secret love for the arts-- but when someone he feels the need to impress or one-up is around, he will never show even a sliver of his true personality.
The Tulipalo family came to power through their special ability to transform into phoenixes. Slowly but surely, the ability has been passed down less and less as generations go on; Finnegan is one of three in his immediate family that still possesses this skill. The other two are his grandmother and elder brother.
