At further inspection
Aiolia has a youthful look to her, often making people think she is younger, but life has left wisdom marks in her face. Her slender, nearly thin (as she often forgets to eat), wiry body adds to the young image. Her eyes are light shade of blue, lit up by determination. She has a capricious mouth, but corners are usually turned downwards. Sometimes, she pouts even not realizing it, but most of the time, the girl has a distanced, thoughtful expression.
In clothing, she prefers simple, comfortable things. Jeans, simple tops, leather boots, and only occasionally, something that stands out, like black leather pants, jacket and bright shirt underneath. She prefers dark clothes that don't get dirty so easily and rather massive boots. Heels are not her best friends. When going on missions of sorts, Aiolia wears dark colored body suit with various pockets and belts.
Despite being more of a tomboy, she prefers to keep her hair long. Sideway bangs over her forehead, falling around her face, hair gathered in a ponytail on right and the rest braided in smaller plates. Other times, she just gathers all hair behind her head. Aiolia doesn't dye hair, they remain the same golden brown tone trough years. Makeup is barely ever used, too.
Her skin is not too dark, but seemingly always tanned. There are no known markings on her, no piercings or tattoos. The one thing that she loves to carry around is her twin sword set, with braces around her upper thigh. They have beautiful handles, nothing overly fancy, and the swords are quite sturdy.
People who have to work with her describe as very responsible, serious and even harsh girl. Indeed, she won't stand any irresponsible or stupid actions while she is around and tends to think everything three times over. If, despite this, something goes wrong, Aiolia will feel very guilty. Still, she will give a storm to others involved in the failure.
She is not good with meeting new people - never has been -, especially now. Aiolia doesn't laugh or joke much these days and takes most jokes in too serious manner, which some find quite annoying. She can be very caring (and sweet in her own slightly awkward way) for those dear to her, though, but it is hard to earn her trust.
Generally, she is so direct and blunt, it often borders with rudeness. However, when it comes to speaking about her self, and such things about her romantic feelings, she seems to lose words and hardly ever speaks about it. It could be because she puts the ultimate goal and her dear people before her self, or maybe because of bad experience. Whatever it is, to get her speak out all on her heart is very hard, nearly impossible.
Aiolia sometimes is too focused on one thing and misses another, but always tries to see the whole picture, but taking care of her self really falls on the bottom end of her list. She only bothers with it as much as to be able to fight well. She has very strong will, she won't just give up her goals and her dreams. This girl is the type to rather die than back off from her mission.
Deep down, she has self esteem problems. Being a human from the slums, she has no powers, no future, and Aiolia dreams of becoming something more. But what she wants the most is to be accepted by her closest people, as few as they may be. She will not cope well with being pushed away, ignored, although the girl will not express it normally and end up more like a rejection from her side, or even argues.
She has some temper problems, but they mostly surface when her friends are harming them self in any way, or when someone is being stupid. Rest of time she is calm albeit harsh, collected.
No one really knows her past before rebellion, not even Elek, except for few brief flashbacks seen in her mind, and, of course, their meeting, but the true nature of that is also a secret. She just came with him to base one day, without any word of explanation.
At first, she seemed to be awfully skeptical about everything, but as time passed, grew more passionate about the cause and started working hard to help. Not trough the slowly growing friendship with Elek, but trough her work and ideas, she earned her higher post within the rebellion. Now she is pretty much the right hand and eyes of the leader.
Most likely, Aiolia perceived rebellion as a way to prove something in her past wrong, regain her self-esteem, but by now, it has become a true life meaning to her.
Weapons of choice are twin swords, but she is also good at street fighting, mixed with some basic martial arts.
