  Name: Akyri Intactillis (Aka as Ri. Maiden name before it was stripped was Garu)
  Race: Mind Shifter Demon
  Rank: Had she been raised by her father, she would be a Lt. in the demon ranks. But, as she was raised outside of the social structure she has no technical rank.
  Occupation: Wandering bounty hunter. Though most of her bounties are collected on demon heads. On occasion will train others in fighting skills or do metal working for money.

  Appearance:
  Gender: Female.
  Age: 24 earth years considered an adolescent by her kind.
  Weight: In human form about 150lbs. This increases slightly in her other forms. (explained below)
  Height: 5'4"
  Eyes & Hair:
  [Eyes:] Yellow eyes with slitted pupils. Though when in full demon form or when strong emotions hit her they turn to swirling crimson in the iris.
  [Hair:] Her hair is black. When the sun hits it there's flares of red as natural highlights. This also translates to her fur in her natural form and her scales and fur in her full demon form.
  Skin: Tan to olive in complexion. She has a jagged scar over her left shoulder blade from her birth mother when she was shunned from her pack. She also has light scarring on her hands from repeated cutting to flow blood through her blade.
  Clothing: She usually wears floor length gowns that are red or black in color. She's always wearing a solid gold collar that's snug fitting to the skin about her neck. It's engraved with a crude dialect of Latin reading "Akyri: Daughter of Avanchita" On either side are crude runic symbols. One of minor protection and one that makes her blood acidic. Basically, the minor protection is for the acidic properties of her blood. So she doesn't suffer the effects from them. She will wear pants if the need arises but prefers to wear dresses or skirts. Her wardrobe always covers the scar on her shoulder evident in her other forms.
  
  Equipment:
  Pet: In most rp cases she has a living flame pet. They are a snake like creature and are non-sentient. They can be trained like dogs and require monthly dousing in flames to keep alive. They can control the temperature of their flames after they are 6 months old. He has no abilities but other than the obvious burns he can leave if handled incorrectly. His name is Labitur.
  Weapon: A scimitar with blood grooves starting near the hilt and flowing out the length of the blade. It is demon forged and thanks to the rune on her collar makes for a effective weapon. The initial cut slices then the acidic properties of her blood slowly burn away flesh. She can send the blood through the blade by any bleeding cut in her skin.
  Footnote: Because of the training her father sent her through after she joined him in his home she is good with blades both large and small. She can throw small blades with decent accuracy but prefers to keep the blade in her hands. Her tail-blade, horns, claws, and canines may also be used as weapons. Other than that she doesn't have anything that she carries on her constantly other than three momentous: One lock of hair from her late husband, one coloring Zaium (foster child Fully grown now) did as a child, and a picture of Sweetie as a spore (deceased pet) sitting on her lap.
  
  Abilities
  Shape shifting: [Racial Trait] As a part of her demon line, she can shape shift into what she practices. Though this is limited as she can't alter her overall body mass by more than 20 lbs. As of now she only has 5 forms. They are as follows: Wolf, panther, woodland form (Wolf with wings and horns, humanoid, and demon form. She can use this to "heal" herself. Basically, since her body is already ripping itself and knitting itself back together she can heal minor wounds and decrease severity of worse wounds. She cannot shift while incapacitated. Shifting is not a pleasant experience and leaves her completely vulnerable. Not to mention it sounds horrid.
  Mind alteration: [Racial Trait] Also as a part of her father's line, she can alter or sift through a mind for information. She can alter memories to make them different or disappear altogether. Using this ability has nasty effects. When she does this she is left vulnerable as she has to devote complete concentration to the task at hand. She is also left dazed or stunned for a few seconds for smaller tasks up to nosebleeds and migraines from large tasks. Over use of this ability can easily kill her via aneurysm.
  Salvage: She is able to salvage items or materials and use them to create things she needs. This is a learned ability via trial and error during the period of her life between being shunned from her pack and meeting her father after her late husband died. She will collect metals, wood, and various items to create new items.
  Metalworking: She learned this during her stay with her father and has come to enjoy taking bits of metal and creating blades, artwork, furniture, and just about anything she can dream up within reason. For instance, she's not mathematically inclined enough to make a functional airplane hull but could make a small boat hull.
  
  Personality:
  Attitude: Her general disposition is kind and soft spoken. There are things that will set her off but they are few and far between. Stealing from her isn't tolerated very well, nor is lying to her. Due to her wolfish heritage she is territorial over her property and her family but doesn't get aggressive unless aggression is displayed first. She would readily give her life to protect her family. She is determined and will readily work to get what she wants. She can also be stubborn and strong-willed. Overall she is mellow and slow to become upset.
  Dislikes: Severe punishment (Abuse), stringy fruits and vegetables, the Garu pack in general (her mother's pack), unnecessary violence, and parsley.
  Likes: Helping others, her independence, chocolate, the smell of juniper and brimstone, learning/knowledge, Metalworking, and creating from discarded items.
  Weaknesses: Beheading, Holy objects will leave slow healing burns on her and if a holy building she'll seem to hit an invisible wall. (This is not in fact because they are 'holy', but rather because the individual firmly believes the object will protect them from her kind and are sacred. For instance, she can walk into an abandoned church but couldn't walk into a church that was still being used. Also, if someone didn't truly believe, the holy object would have no effect.) Being too cold will make her weak and if in below freezing temperatures without protective clothing she will quickly succumb to hypothermia. She can drowned or be burned to death. She is also effected by negative/dark energy users. The negative/dark energy calls to her demon heritage and she will do her best to get away as fast as possible.
  Strengths: She is stronger than most human females physically. She can withstand much hotter temperatures than a human female. Due to her history she is well versed in hand to hand combat but is not the most accurate shooter. She is best with her scimitar but will do alright with most bladed weapons.
  
  History:Her demon father, Avanchita, cavorted the earth regularly. Thanks to his ability to shapeshift, he could take on a humanoid form and that of a wolf, among others. He approached her mother in the form of her mate and bred her. Doing this secured his line as well as hid it from those who may try and strike at his offspring during their most vulnrable stage. She was born into her mother's wolf pack. The lugaru Garu pack. Lugarus are Werewolves of the Italian lore. These werewolves shift into actual wolves instead of a wolf man hybrid type thing. This pack chose to live as wolves instead of embracing humanity. Over generations the lugarus became more wolf like in their lifespans and behavior as they started to forget about the human portion of their heritage. As she was her mother's first litter, she would have been next in line for alpha. However, as all of her litter mates were stillborn, She was taken as a bad omen and pushed down to the Omega rank. Growing up she became used to the violence of her pack-mates and never raised herself against them. At the age of 5 (When she had reached sexual maturity as a lugaru) she began to shift uncontrollably as her demon heritage began to awaken. Each time her pack mates would bring her down over and over again until she reverted. One night, her pack was attacked for territory and she readily joined the fray. During the battle she became enraged and without her realization she reverted to what would have been her natural form. Both packs turned on her and her mother delivered what would have been a finishing blow to a normal wolf. This is one of the scar she bears to this day. When Akyri fell the pack retreated believing she was as good as dead. After a short period of being unconscious she awoke outside the pack territory. Struggling to get to her feet, She wandered not yet able to use her front left leg. She found a human encampment, a small band of outlaws, in the forest and after a bit of debate with herself decided that her best chance of survival was to try and get their help. She hobbled into the camp before simply laying down next to the fire whining, hoping they would take pity on her and help. At first the men moved to kill her but the leader, Apollo, saw her need and halted them. He nursed her back to health and she spent a few years with them as a faithful companion before she wanted to be like them. Her want to be like them called to her demon blood and allowed her to shift into a human form. The humans were at first shocked at her new likeness but she had already learned their language and convinced them that she still meant them no harm. After another year of traveling with them her and Apollo had fallen in love and broke away from the band settling into a pretty normal life. They acquired a house with a good amount of land and lived as husband and wife for 8 years. They never conceived children, but would regularly take in orphans and care for them when the local orphanage was overflowing. At the end of the 8 years, Avanchita's seat of power was being contested and as the battle played out both in Dìxiàshìjiè and on earth her home and husband were discovered thanks to her scent by the opposing side. She was in town buying groceries and came home to her home and husband burned to the ground. Geidion, her father's Lt., discovered her within the charred rubble and after catching her scent took her back to her fathers home. After six months spent in morning her father gave her a Living Flame pet in hopes of cheering her up. Having already learned the crude dialect of Latin out of necessity, she named the little one Labitur and began to care for him. After a few months she came out of her grief and her father started training her with bladed weapons. They are the weapons of choice for demons and within time she favored the scimitar. After she became skilled with her weapon of choice her father created her collar and fitted it to her. He then commissioned her sword to be forged and presented it to her as a sign of adult hood. She became a member of the society as turbulent as it was and remained with her father for 8 years only leaving the world when he bid her to do tasks. (Killing rouge demons, hunting down demon slayers, things of that nature) She never did take a liking to the work but did it out of respect for her father's wishes. At the end of 8 years she decided to leave the Dìxiàshìjiè and strike out on her own again. This is the point at which most rp's begin.
  
  
  Racial History: The race of demons is just as diverse as the humans. There are Elementi demons, (air, fire, water, earth, electric etc) and Intactilis demons. (chaos, dream, rage, lust/desire etc) Beyond the two main types there are countless sub-types. Most reside on the demon world, Dìxiàshìjiè. Before it was named it was simply called 'domus' meaning home. The Chinese were the first to discover their existence and called the place they came from 'the world of demons.' This was shortened down to 'demon world' and they adopted it as their world's name. There are 12 lords that serve under one supreme demon. None know the supreme demon personally but his/her presence is felt throughout the world. Each lord controls an area in the world and the land is divided up into twelve nations of sorts. The nations are simply named after the lord that controls it and if another takes the current lord's place it gets renamed Usually they get along fine until turf wars break out. During turf wars all established laws/codes are in essence tossed out along the disputed border and all hell breaks loose so to speak. Each lord has Lt.'s Sergeants and various other ranks as they so choose beneath them. A lord is generally to be treated with respect but can be challenged for the seat and title at any time. For a lord not to accept the challenge is a forfeit of his seat by default. The lord's offspring are mostly regarded as easy bargaining chips to get the current lord's seat so most are hidden away on earth. Once they age (not nearly as vulnerable) they are usually brought to Dìxiàshìjiè and raised under the careful watch of their parent. Although demons sexually mature at 18-20, most are still considered fledglings until they reach at least 60 years of age.
  The demon hierarchy is turbulent at best as any demon can challenge a higher one for their position. Most will settle into a comfortable position and then defend it as needed but some find the need to climb the ladder. Each lord may appoint 'higher demons' below him but there are no known helpers of the supreme demon other than the lords. Each lord must report directly to the supreme demon and is held accountable by him/her.
  Socially, there are few prejudices among the demons though there may be resentment of authority. Demons have no surnames but commonly will state their name then their type. For instance: Geidion, a Chaos demon may introduce himself as Geidion Intactilis. There is no formal religion and the government other than the basic outlines of the supreme demon is up to the individual lord.
  Genetically. My demon's are an anomaly. The genes are akin to a parasite. It lies dormant in the offspring's DNA until it reaches sexual maturity. Then the demon portion of the DNA with the assistance of puberty rewrites the offspring's parent's DNA and "awakens" the demon within. As you can imagine this is normally the point in which the demon parent comes back to collect the child when the other parent is no longer able to. Demons can also procreate with other demons and can either have one of the two main types with on very rare occasion a blend of the two types. These rare ones usually pick a type to refer to themselves as and use the other ability as an ace up the sleeve.
