He's a Crafty Sort...
Strength - Medium 
Not very strong, the little guy is instead made for speed and stealth. He's a little strong in the arms due to carrying around sacks of loot, but that's about it.
Fortitude - Low
He can't take a lot of punish, and usually a good charge attack will bowl him right over like he's been struck by a ramming device
Wisdom - Medium
He's a bit of a capable magic caster, able to do small cantrips and minor enchantments.
Intelligence - High
He's not a genius, but his street smarts are impressive, as is how skilled he happens to be in his trade.
Dexterity - Medium
He's got nimble little fingers that allow him to do things like picking locks.
Speed - High
Like any good thief, he is very, very fast. He earned his name 'Quickfoot' for good reason! -

Thieving
Obviously, Quickfoot is an excellent thief. He has to be, given the fact that he steals from dragons! He also has all the essentials that come with it: lock picking, treasure appraisal, street smarts, & stealth
Stealth
Very good at hiding away from people and sneaking about
Flying
Actually with the aid of a magic carpet, but he does know how to control it and a few other magical items that might end up in his possession
Minor Magic
He has some magical skill, and his best knowledge is in enchantments against the elements-- and dragonbreath, so it won't toast, freeze, or ruin his precious robes and loot sack!
Tinkering
Given enough equipment, time, materials, effort, and a wee bit of magic, Quickfoot can make up various gadgets and doohickeys with various purposes. The lantern-handlebars on his magic carpet are one such example of his work.
Smooth Talking
For the most part, Quickfoot can talk his way out of almost any situation-- except where angered dragons are concerned
Jumping
It's unknown if this is a magical ability or a natural one, but Quickfoot, like the rest of his thieving kin, is an amazing jumper; he's capable of leaping at least fifteen feet off the ground and can cover distances of at least thirty feet if he has a good running start. -

Small Size
Being so small and lacking in muscle mass, the little guy can't take a lot of hits or dish out punishment if forced into a fight.
Weak Constitution
Obviously, since all it takes is a young dragon's headbutt to send him flying. He's also not well protected from dragon breath even with the magical robes-- they just lessen the damage a little.
Pride
Being as good of a thief as he is, Quickfoot doesn't appreciate being upstaged by others and will, rather foolishly, try to outdo other thieves who do this to him-- even if the act has a high risk of capture/failure
Acquired
Notorious
Just one look at him, and 99% of anyone in the Dragon Realms knows what he is and that he should be toasted or headbutted immediately before he runs off with loot. Even when someone doesn't know who or what he is, there's just something obviously very seedy about him.
Swimming
He actually can't swim and needs water wings to do so!
Taunting
For some reason, Quickfoot has the strangest urge to give his familiar taunt at dragons after he has stolen from them.
Bribes
Quickfoot can't resist treasure either, and a good way to get him out of your hair is to offer something to him in exchange for his going away-- or luring him into a trap!
Heights & Vertigo
A rather... unfortunate instance of an egg heist lead to a mild fear of heights and vertigo. As long as he doesn't look down, he might be okay...
