  She's an eagle. Golden Eagle to be specific. Earthy-hued feathers cover her form (Meaning no hair or fur). She has the piercing gaze of a predatory bird, yet her demeanor does not always reflect the fearsome look. Looking at her form, you get the idea that she reflects a more true avian form. Though androgynous to most who may look over her unless they know what to look for. But as feathers hide the physique of her form for the most part, size can be deceptive. Though as she goes most of the time without wearing anything. Though nothing may be visible between her legs, that was also deceptive as avians of her kind didn't have external genitals anyways. Once she spoke, one may then realize it was more feminine, otherwise it was difficult to tell. Feather color was more or less the same for males or females of her kind.
  
  Specifics about her anthro form:
  She stands about 6'2" in this form and is surprisingly light due to her hollow bones, allowing for the possibility of flight. She can be portrayed as just having wings instead of arms, or a slight amalgamation where she still has wings for arms but has a thumb and couple fingers at the 'wrist' joint of her wings to have a greater dexterity than just wings would allow for. Finally, she can have seperate arms and wings. In that case, past her elbows would be scaled in darker golden-yellow scales. Hands would also be scaled, having an opposable thumb as well. Fingers would be tipped with 2-inch, curved talons, much like those on her feet (though not quite as large). Though, they are more often than not trimmed down between a half in to an inch for increased dexterity and perhaps to slightly lessen the fearsome looks a little. Default for now I think is going to be just the base wings with fingers at the wrist joints to have a nice compromise. If you have a preference, let me know. ^.^

  Specifics about her feral form:
  Well, not quite so much to say about this. Pretty self-explanatory. She's about 30 inches tall in this form (yes, they can actually get that large or larger even), a wingspan of about 7 feet and weighing about 11 lbs. But otherwise, she looks pretty much as one would expect (will give some references below)

  Settings:
  Pretty much anything is good. I've often played in a more tribal setting, but can also be more modern or even futuristic. As long as there's a story that's fun and/or engaging, I'd be willing to try it out. Yes, sex can be fun and all, but it gets dull if that's 'all' there is to a roleplay. That's possibly fine for short-term kind of things. Not so much for longer-term ideas.
  
  Preferences/rules:
  1) Though I do prefer other avians, I'm perfectly fine roleplaying with other creatures!
  2) Try to put some effort into roleplay if you're going to. You don't have to be perfect at proper grammar and be able to write a 2000-word essay in a post. But decent grammar competence is suggested. Roleplay is all about give and take. It's not simply about doing 'this' or 'that'. It's trying to paint a scene of what's happening. To convey emotion. To tell a story. A lot of people lose sight or don't understand what decent roleplay is. But again, I'm not too strict about it, just try and put some effort into it is all I ask.
  3) God-modding and the like. Well, this is self-explanatory. I usually use a system of give and take on these kind of things. I never 'auto hit' in a fight. It's usually giving an action and allowing the other person to react to it. Keeping a realistic idea of actual power/strength/speed levels and everything can be done through roleplay, though tends to be really difficult to do well. Everyone wants to 'win', which is why roleplaying combats don't often work unless there's already a predetermined ending. So I usually try to avoid actual roleplay combats most of the time. Might try to set up a profile for using the Golden Tether's combat system. That'll come later.
