• Biography

  Lavinia was originally born in the Capital city of District 1, and upon trying to escape the fierce reign of the capitol with her brother, was captured and forced into Avoxism for the rest of her days. Her brother was killed on the site, speared from the Capital hovercraft that had captured her.
