  • Description

    A Tharian. Species that resided on both land and sea. Amphibian and reptilian does not accurately describe her or her race. Being called lizard is an insult, so be prepared for a strong reaction should the word ever cross your lips.

    Dressed in typical Tharian clothing, which constantly consisted of very little material. Keeping her body free for movements and the ability to dry quickly going from water to land. Ay'kera is curvy but lethal; toned from swimming for hours on end. Agile tail used similar to a fluke in water, and a weapon on land. It ended in a spade looking tip. The split in the middle can open scissor like. The female's most defining traits are the three mohawk like flares atop her head, and the two small, curved horns; one on either side. Ears possessed three pointed tips, small hoops and random earrings. Behind them hid lines that appear like scars running along down from tip of ear to jaw, the slightly puckered edge just behind both ears. Those "scars" were gills, used when under water. Her lungs could breathe in oxygen from salt water, fresh water and of course air.

    Upon first glance she appears to be smooth skinned all over, the occasional small spike jutting from her shoulders, forearms and tail. An iridescent shimmer periodically seen as she moves; showing blues, purples and pinks (on her otherwise green coloring) depending on how the light reflects upon her. With closer inspection silken skin would be made up of tiny scales all over her body. Their unique soft feel hides how hard it was to pierce through them, acting similar to chainmail...

    Hands held a small webbing near the base of each finger, unnoticed unless pointed out most of the time. Knuckles held small spikes, as did her eyebrows and three spikes along her forearms. Two larger toes on each foot and feet arched slightly as if always walking on tiptoes. A more pronounced web between the two. Just another odd reminder that she wasn't human. As if her mohawks and green coloring hadn't already given that away. Teeth appear normal should you catch her smiling except her canines were a bit more pointed and sharp than a humans, hinting at an almost feral grin. Those teeth could transform into rows of deadly sharp fangs and when angered her mouth can open much wider than what's normal to bite with force to attempt to rip large chunks of flesh or armor off. Tongue was relatively normal.. if you discount the split towards the tip.

    When wounds heal, they appear to disappear. Skin seemed unmarred. Yet the sunshine hides the past and the moon has no such qualms. Moonlight acts similar to a blacklight to her invisible scars, showing them about her form. She can regenerate small parts like fins and spikes. Has never lost a limb so uncertain if it would grow back. Has almost lost one but it was not fully amputated so had not been able to test that theory.
