  Our Majesty Beatrice Rose Fontaine was born in the end of the winter of the year 1383.
  As the first daughter of King Lucas Fontaine and his beloved Queen Annabelle, she was greeted by the public with the traditional 101 canon shots and several bright fireworks which showed the capital city that a royal birth had happened. And not just a royal birth, the birth of a possible heir to the throne. Princess Beatrice was born a girl, which meant she could still have a brother who would instantly become the heir.
  But for Queen Annabelle this was not a problem. The young princess was loved dearly and received all care she could get from her two nannies and her mother every evening during a set time. Her father, however, was not around a lot as he traveled and was quite disappointed his first child was not a son.
  Princess Beatrice grew up to be a healthy and calm little girl who loved her toy horses and dolls and walks outside with her nannies. She was a very obedient little girl who understood the rules of the household. She curtsied for her mother and father, had a good posture and did not ask too many questions.
  It was evident from a young age, that Princess Beatrice possessed a form of magic. She trained her magic with a tutor who taught her several spells and how to use them. Not much is known about Princess Beatrice using magic, as this was merely rumored in the halls of the castle. One servant, a cook, had seen how Princess Beatrice used magic to lit a candle. But, she later added, this could also have been a sunbeam shining on the particular candle.
  Her younger years were quite uneventful, apart from rumors about her magical abilities.
  However her carefree youth came to an end when her mother, Her Majesty Annabelle, passed away under curious circumstances. Again, rumors came up, but they were quickly silenced as another royal wedding was coming up.
  The Princess' Father quickly remarried with Lady Eris.
  These were troublesome years for the young princess, who quickly became rather obsessed and manipulative. She needed constant attention. As she grew older, she became fond of lavish parties and beautiful dresses and the gossip about palace servants. This was all to distract herself from the often rough treatment of her stepmother.
  In the year 1400 the Princess' stepmother passed away, leaving an infant daughter called Moterda.
  Princess Beatrice lived with her half-sister for some years. She loved to have a sister, someone new in the palace.
  Her father, however, arranged for her to marry a wealthy lord from a distant county, called Matthew, in the year 1403. The match was made quickly, as King Lucas had business to do with this distant county and he needed support from the government. Princess Beatrice reluctantly married him and decided to do so out of her strong sense of duty. Also she loved the attention the wedding brought her. But her marriage was unhappy. She did not feel a connection with her husband and she dreamed of the days she could have dance parties in her name and dinner parties with her many important friends.
  However during her marriage two daughters would be born. Annabelle, in the spring of 1406 and Rosalie in the summer of 1408. This brought some joy in Princess Beatrice's life. She spent four happy years after the birth of her first daughter. Then it became 1410, a year which ended with a major turn of Princess Beatrice's life. In that year her father died and she instantly became Queen Beatrice Rose. She dutifully accepted her task and reigned many years in peace.
