• Description

  You reach into your pocket and notice a few coins are missing. You look around for a possible pickpocket, and find a small man, a hobbit, hiding in the shadows. He has long, shaggy hair of a brown hue, along with brown, mischievous eyes. When a drunken patron of the inn walks by, he runs behind him and pulls down the drunkard's pants, laughing as he made his getaway. Apparently, this pickpocket loves to have a bit of fun!

• Biography

  Blivio was unlike other hobbits. While most cared about the easy life, Blivio Broadbelt dreamed of adventure. While most hobbits were eating and smoking weed, Blivio was pulling down the Sackville-Baggins' pants and running off with their wallets. He decided one day to pack his things and hit the road, and live the life of the wandering thief, realizing he was a very good pickpocket. He headed to Bree-Land, carrying only the clothes on his back and two knives. When he reached Bree, he attempted to pick-pocket a man's backpack while he was in the outhouse. The man's name was Eowil, and Eowil, being a natural-borne tracker, found Blivio buying drinks for everyone at the Prancing Pony with Eowil's coin. The two brawled behind the inn, but both lost energy and laid down on the ground. They talked, and told each other stories of their own mischief, realizing they both have a lot in common. Eowil helped Blivio up and they became friends, and friends they stayed. Blivio then returned to the Shire for a little while, and joined the Inn League, before hitting the road once more. Blivio journeyed back to Bree-Land, and donned a black outfit that hid his identity. He gained a name for himself as the Snow Fox, Bree-Land's most notorious pick-pocket and thief, for he was as silent as snow and just as cold-blooded, and nobody ever knew that Blivio Broadbelt and the Snow Fox were one and the same. He now spends his days as a wandering yeoman, seeking whatever adventure Middle-Earth has to offer, and hopefully, a good laugh.
