  If you want to RP with me/character, here are a few things you should consider first.
  
  This version of Calem is partially based on his manga counterpart, Xavier. More specifically, I have taken Xavier's team and personality, since the game version doesn't have his own team or personality as for the most part he is interchangeable with Serena. However, he is not COMPLETELY based on Xavier, as I do want him to have his own adventure.
  
  Pokemon will most likely be involved. This one should be obvious as Calem is a Pokemon Trainer. Your character doesn't necessarily have to be a trainer, but unless something mysterious happened (which it could!), the universe should be a Pokemon one.
  
  I prefer short posts. I don't particularly mind how long your posts are, but I'd rather not read a ton of huge paragraphs that basically consist of nothing. I don't really have the time or patience for it anymore. I'm most happy with anything ranging from one sentence to a paragraph or two. I'll try to match your length, but I also normally only include what I feel is required for the current post.
  
  I prefer whisper RP. I'm insanely shy, and I prefer to RP in whispers. I may respond in the Furcadia window if it's small one liners, light-hearted socializing, etc, but if I don't, I apologize. I'm not trying to be rude. Sometimes I just freak out if there's a large group of people around. If you want to RP with me, I'd also prefer to discuss it in whispers first.
  
  There may be fighting, but if there is... Personally, I'm not the best at fighting, but Calem is a trainer, so it's bound to happen. For fight scenes, however, I prefer to use a D&D-like system because it's very easy to apply to everyday RP since there's no complicated calculations or formulas involved and it easily prevents everything from automatically hitting or being dodged. I don't expect anyone to just want to hop on the train and start rolling stats for their characters and/or Pokemon, of course, and I'm more than happy to just RP some simple socializing, but if you're curious about battling or even just the D&D idea, go here.
  
  I'm inclined to lean towards more mature scenarios. I don't necessarily mean sexual scenes by this, though I'm not entirely opposed to them! I'm talking about cursing, blood, and death, more like the manga version of Pokemon. If you don't want any of this, I'll be happy to keep it rated G, but you'll need to specify, because this is my default mode.
  
  I don't do small children. Unless I know you, I probably won't want to RP with your 8 year old character. It's nothing against child characters themselves, it's just that every time I have RPed with someone's child character they turned it creepy in a sexual way and I'd rather not have to deal with that.
  
  Other than these few things, I don't particularly have any rules about what can happen in a scenario. I enjoy having some sort of plot above all else, but there's a good chance that I won't say no to anything as long as it relates to said plot and makes some semblance of sense.
