• Home Sweet Home

  The world Cecil lives in is much like ours save for a few things. The major being the existence of paranormal phenomenon and supernatural beings in everyday life. These beings and phenomenon are called "Paras" by the general populace as an umbrella term. While they are integrated into society, Paras are still feared and often treated unfairly by normal human beings.
  Cecil himself is a mix between the two world and is extremely tolerant. The city of Red Lamp (Cecil's home), however, not so much. The treatment of Paras really depend on where you go. Cecil is met with unease and distance from either side.

• Description

  In order to be properly seen, Cecil wraps himself in bandages (much like the Invisible Man from H.G Wells) and wears regular clothes atop that. His usual outfit is a high collared trench coat and a gray fedora drawn low over his facial area. Underneath the tan trench coat is a simple tweed suit to match.
  Cecil tends to hide photos from his years as a regular human, so no one except for him and his ex really know what he used to look like. Presently, he's just a tall and imposing man who happens to be relatively well dressed.

• Biography

  Cecil Bogey is a P.I not like the others. Before the end of the second world war, he was cursed by an ex lover to be physically invisible to all but himself. Upon returning home, Cecil was lucky enough to find work as a P.I for the elusive Spade Branch and has been solving cases ever since. Though his main focus is the cases he's hired to, Cecil has been attempting to track down the witch who cursed him to be this way.
