Cecily

Cecily is a very plain girl, she has the potential to be very pretty but she doesn't take care of herself. Far too skinny for her height, always a little dirty with dingy hair she just blends into the crowd. Her high class breeding isn't obvious, though when she does dress herself up the high cheekbones, bright blue eyes, full lips, and blonde hair of her father comes through.

Cecily Gwendolyn Jones is the youngest child of Edward August Jones, one of the most favored ambassador to Britain. She is the product of his second marriage, a half sister to Colton Alexander Jones who was disowned by their father. Though like her brother she is classically studied, she never graduated from any esteemed colleges or college whatsoever for that matter.

Cecily is widely regarded as the "problem child", when she was in secondary school she picked up a drug and alcohol problem which dumped her in jail for a very short period of time. With her issues being washed into the press her father tried very hard to send her away, but Cecily decided to break free from his control and do her own thing. She left the home, dumped her family's name and moved into the cheap side of the red light district.

Tabloids tried to make her sound like a prostitute, and while she had dropped her standards quite a bit she did not turn to that life. Cecily did however delve deeper into her drug problem until she over dosed and was picked up by the police. When she woke up she was not in a hospital at home, but rather in a rehab center in the Nexxus. Now that she's been released she's looking to break free from the oppression of her father once more, hoping that she can manage to do that while also staying off her brother's radar.
