Two parts of the whole.
She is the typical feline alright, just a Ragamuffin. Pick her up if you dare to see if she falls limp in your arms like the namesake says she should! That fur is kept so neat and tidy at all times that her fur would be extremely soft to the touch, anyone is welcome to try and pet her she might just allow it so long as it does not get her dirty. She is quite the little diva, at all of ten pounds and at risk almost anywhere she goes why would she not be!
Cerelis is generally quiet as any good cat should be, save for the gentle jingle of the jewel around her neck, that oh so wonderful gift and burden. It was a pendant made small enough for the feline to wear with ease and that gem sparkled in candle light. This little one is also quite open to conversation as well, it may seem odd to converse with a cat at first by why not give it a shot?

Sweet and demure, this neko is just a simple woman. Usually clad in just-above-the-knee length lace dresses in jewel tones always accompanied by that silver pendant around her neck and tall heels on her feet. Other small pieces of jewelry may decorate her from time to time, always something silver but not of any extreme importance.
Even in this form she is not often found in a large or loud group of people, she vastly prefers quiet conversations or at least not being the center of attention if she has to be around a lot of people at once. She is also not a heavy drinker, she just cannot handle anything more than a glass of wine before falling apart into a total giggle-fit. No matter what form she is in, she is always clean and tidy; her curls arranged nicely out of her face or up in an elaborate style when she is in the mood.
