• Description

  Cesar is a tall, narrow framed man. He's of mixed Hispanic decent, and lives in San Francisco. He has a warm complexion, with dark skin and wavy black hair however more often than not his hair is cut and styled into punk mohawks and dyed a variety of colors.
  
  He has gauged ears, snake bite piercings, a septum piercings and two piercings in his right eyebrow.
  
  He's heavily into the punk life style and believes a great deal in freedom of expression. He often has problems with authority figures. He is friendly, and outgoing but with a strong moral code that often has him at odds with others.
  
  
  Cesar was raised primarily by his mother, and grew up not having much. His mother remarried when he was seven and produced his little sister whom Cesar is very protective over. He has a good relationship with Mother, though he worries constantly at disappointing her for all the struggles she went through to raise him. He was raised in a Catholic household, though their beliefs were very lax and Cesar has an unorthodox view of religion.

  [*] Modern Slice of Life Setting:
  Growing up in a rough area of San Francisco Cesar struggled for most of his teen years with a combination of a developing personality disorder and drug abuse. While his family was as supportive as they could be, they lacked the resources to properly help him and Cesar spiraled for a few years. He eventually returned and worked to get his life back on track.
  
  
  [*]Vampire the Masquerade:
  After Cesar left home, he wound up in Henderson Nevada in an attempt to contact an old friend. His path unfortunately crossed with a newly turned Sabbat Malkavian who in turn, turned Cesar.
  
  Now Cesar struggles to find himself a place within the Camarilla, and struggles with maintaining his humanity with his new found vampirism. His clan derangements have ironically balanced his personality disorder, but have hindered his ability to communicate. He now fights to control the unshakable urge to completely drain his human prey, and the twisted urge to diablerize fellow kindred.
  
  
  [*] Superhero AU:
  
  Cesar began exhibiting strange abilities around the time puberty started, peaking and reaching an dangerously unstable level at age 18. Imbued with telekinetic abilities, and energy manipulation that often takes the form of vibrant pink light Cesar has to hide his abilities from the mundanes around him while teaching himself to harness them.
  
  There are others like Cesar, but he's yet to meet them. He must learn on his own, and he struggles to maintain secrecy while using his abilities to keep his neighborhood and community safe.
