  ¹ He has no true moniker and so he chooses his own. He changes his name fairly frequently, though as a rule, he makes sure to do so every 50 years or so to avoid suspicion or unwanted affiliation. It is highly unlikely but it is not unheard of that he may reveal his prior identities when it is prudent or beneficial to him. ² There is no record of precisely when he came into the world, but his raven form evolved some time in late 900AD. This makes him easily over 1000 years old. ³ A valravn (Danish "raven of the slain") is a supernatural raven. The ravens appear in traditional Danish folksongs, where they are described as originating from ravens who eat the bodies of the dead on the battlefield, as capable of turning into the form of a knight after eating the entire heart of a child, and, alternately, as half-wolf and half-raven creatures. To avoid complication or blow back, along with honoring his inborn restlessness, he never bothered putting down roots in one place for too long. Instead he generally keeps moving, taking up residence in whatever pretentious hotel suite or indulgent vacation property suits his taste in whatever town he's setting up to burn down like a house of cards. ⁶ Farrell's full time job is being a general pain in the ass, but he has no degree, business card, or 401k to legitimize the kind of money he rakes in. The vast majority of his fortune has been the accumulation of profits made from various crimes of opportunity and manipulation over time.
