  A lone man was leaning against a tall, lush tree, nestled inside the depths of a verdant forest. Wicked, golden eyes scanned the calm environment, full of devious intent. Yet whatever was he thinking, it brought upon a scowl to twist his neutral expression. For hours he has waited for his 'item' to come in, and more than likely he'll be waiting quite awhile. After all, this was being delivered by that crazy *** wizard.
  
  Who was he kidding? All magicians were insane.
  
  It took an approximate six hours before he saw a flash of light, followed by a swirling vortex that appeared above nearby. A figure exited out of the funnel maw, encapsulated by a minty green aura. Eventually the leaning man could hear the telltale signs of grass crunching, indicating that the being was coming. Randomly dusting himself off he let out a loud yawn, before stepping away from the tree and began walking in the direction of the noise.
  
  It didn't take long for him to encounter the aforementioned wizard, who looked more haggard and decrepit than he should have. Sure, there was that healthy, long silver hair, but otherwise he just looked tired. Not to mention that his hair was all that he could see. Everything else was covered by either bandages or the cloak. Was something - no, it didn't matter. What DID matter was that the item was taken and utilized to realize his goal. He made a small wave of the hand to the wizard, although it seemed uninterested and bored.
  
  "Took you long enough. Where is it?" he impatiently muttered
  
  The wizard merely shook his head, letting out a silvery laugh. "I'm doing fine, thanks," he joked.
  
  "I'm not here to screw around. You know that."
  
  "Whatever, boy," the wizard blurted out, shrugging his shoulders. "I was able to recover it. Better appreciate the effort. The blasted thing tried to kill me," he admitted, a hint of annoyance apparent in his tone.
  
  The blonde man simply laughed heartily, crossing his arms while doing so. "How did you survive?"
  
  "I have...someone to thank for that," the wizard said while scratching his cheek nervously, "but you're not here to listen to me prattle on. Take it. Before I change my mind."
  
  A flash of blue green light, along with the gleaming hands of the wizard before him, summoned a pillar of light that twisted and molded into the shape of a magnificent, bulky ax. After the initial light waned away, it revealed sparkling gold and embedded jewels. This was it! The legendary Devourer. The Axium of Darkness. Dahngrest! It felt so great to see it again that he almost teared up during the process of re-materializing. It was after he saw the ax in all its glory that he finally shed a single, manly tear.
  
  The wizard noticed this. He couldn't help but laugh at the sight. "Someone's happy."
  
  "You have no idea. You deserve something for your time. So - thanks," he reluctantly whispered, eliciting a laugh from the olden wizard.
  
  "Hah! To think I'd hear Darkra thanking me. The Omniverse must be unraveling at the seams."
  
  Dahngrest began to float away from the wizard's hand, slowing returning to Darkra's side. It broke into miniature wisps of darkness, inserting themselves into his arm. Ah, he almost forgot about the rush of power that the axe gave to people. It was - awesomely epic.
  
  "So what are you going to do now?" the wizard questioned, staring at the golden haired noble with a raised eyebrow.
  
  That question alone made Darkra grin nice and wide, a dark chuckle escaping his mouth.
  
  "It's time that I hunted down that insolent cur myself."
