• Description

  Sa'alim is tall man with a generally cheerful face. His is typical for Verndari: thin, willowy with a horse's ears, cloven hooves and a long, leonine tail. He is covered in a soft down of fur which is patches like a painted horse. The brown on his body outweighs the white, but his face has a 'bald face' marking meaning his face is mostly white. His hair is medium length, but grows a ways down his spine, almost to the base of his tail. It is brown with white streaks. His face is flat with a wide nose and large salmon colored eyes and almost always has a smile on it. The man's horn is white with a streak of brown going through the spiral.
  
  Though the Verndari do no love clothing, Diya often wears a sort of toga around his person. He likes to carry things in the folds so he is never without his research or medical necessities. Diya also likes to wear jewelry on his horn, wrists, neck and tail. Often times they are homemade baubles from the children he teaches.

• Biography

  With a love of learning that sparked at an early age, Sa'alim Diya was destined to pass on his knowledge somehow. When he was old enough and wise enough, he enrolled in the education center as a teacher. While he does not spend all of his time there, Diya makes sure he passes on the healing and magic techniques he's learned throughout his life. He also teaches other methods of medicine unconcerned with the Verndari horn for his Vörn students, or for when the horn has been shed. During his time off, he teaches private lessons to the children of the castle as well as takes care of the oldest known Verndari on the Ianua side of the bridge, Sofieke.
