Ka'ith Dre'al

"Ka'ith" is a term meaning "ex-captain", and his true name is Dre'al.

This character may appear a simple brute, though both this one and his kind carry higher intelligence,
interspersed with a wisdom and secretive form of nature-based, spiritual, semi-religious creed.

This aspect of their kind is meant to provide a background, and
only aspects of spiritual symbolism tied to the wilds will come
into play as a standard part of rp. His world is not meant to
serve as a centerpiece, but can be further explored if desired.

An example of a Prima-breed R'kell, though Dre'al himself is slightly taller and leaner (less-muscled). It is estimated that only about 4% of all R'kell are of the Prima breed, with most being of the smaller Seca or Seta line. Most Prima serve in their people's military, as bodyguards, or general laborers.

Dre'al was once captain of a regiment of honored guard among his people, before a long-developing scenario led to him becoming tangled within a sensitive political issue regarding their kind's temple. Though not previously common knowledge, a long-dwelling illness in him was made the scapegoat reason for his dismissal to a lower rank, and move towards the borderland wilderness. Here he retains occasional correspondence, travels the ancient deerpaths and lingering trails, and watches over this section of land waiting for the storm back home to pass, if it ever does within his lifetime.

He is not one to abandon his post, but the nature of this decommission and the laws around it do offer space
and leverage for an opportunity - of precisely what kind, he hasn't yet dared imagine or sort out himself.

Alternatively, he can be played as having been stripped of his rank and role entirely, freeing Dre'al up to go on and
explore other parts of the world. He would have gained some knowledge and insight, and be fending for himself,
when our characters meet. In this way, he can make a slightly awkward if experienced companion for our story.
