He met an older cop one time when he was arrested who chose to look past the "troubled" outside of the teen and became a mentor for him. When Eric turned 15, his mother told him he had an older sister and brother. Twins who'd she had given up three years before she had Eric. He met them and they became close quickly. Eric started turning his life around after all that and he worked hard to get through high school, the police academy and worked his way up to Patrol Sargent.
