• Description

  Felicia is a pretty girl with very curly hair and brown eyes. She is often found wearing flowing and airy garments, mostly because her focus as a witch is easier to concentrate on when she's dressed this way. She'll often wear colored scarves in her hair--and she always has on the opalite necklace no matter what her outfit for the day.
  
  Cia has scars that run the length of her body, and some creep up onto her neck. They are very faint and almost look like tattoos until she tries to use her powers. Each mark was burned into her skin when she made a bond with that particular loa. What first appeared to be random marks are actually the veve of many different spirits. While most are simple spirits, she does have a few marks of higher ranking spirits. Instead of having a wand or charm, Cia uses her marks as her focus and draws on the power of the spirit world to cast her spells. When using her magic, the marks come to life and glow with an unearthly light.

• Biography

  Felicia Arceneaux always knew she was a witch. Her mother was a witch, her grandmother was a witch, her great grandmother was a witch--she could trace it back to the first females of the Arceneaux clan that settled in New Orleans. She was raised in the lifestyle, and while the women in her ancestry came into power on their 16th birthday, she had already been taught a great many things when the day came. Her grandmother gifted her with a beautiful opalite necklace, and she was accepted into the Coven as a full fledged witch.
  
  Things were going great for Felicia, until the High Priestess of the Coven passed away. While they weren't related, Felicia had always looked up to her and strove to be the kind of witch the woman would be proud of. The European High Council of witches soon sent a replacement and things went downhill from there. Felicia constantly butted heads with the woman and her old world policies. She finally took it a step too far when she counter acted a spell the Priestess had cast on a man who supposedly insulted her.
  
  Felicia's mother and grandmother spirited her away in the night to a town called Nexxus where they hoped she would be safe. She soon got a job at a voodoo shop called Bokor Kalfu, where she helps the owner with whatever he needs. The only thing she likes about Nexxus is that she doesn't have to keep the fact that she's a witch a secret, but she would trade that for being able to be with her family again. Being without a coven is lonely, and it also means that her powers are weaker than they would be with a group. She seeks to find others of her kind to build a coven with, but so far she has had no luck.
