  She retains one long chunk of hair on the left side of her head, a curly black with streaks of white glowing with a very pale green light. The rest of her skull is like a tightened leather mask, but her muscle has an odd slimy quality.
  Complexion: Just like most of her brethren, she has skin like wrinkled leather with more peeled back patches, underneath raw and discolored oxygen exposed muscle with a slightly blueish-green tint, glowing a poisonous green in scattered areas . It's an internal glow distinctive in 'nostrils' and mouth that makes her thick skin translucent in places, veins and even bones showing through.

• Appearance

  Morgan, as a post-human from before the Great War, has long been in a state of external necropsy - what skin remains is little more than well tanned leather. There is no nose or even remaining cartilage to speak of on her face, a similar story with her ears and eyelids, her mismatched eyes eternally staring from gaunt sockets, but her body otherwise surprisingly intact. She is an oddity of her kind, one of few sentient glowing ones, seemingly on lower end of radioactivity for them to boot - less unpleasant to be around and less 'bright', with more patchy spots of green scattered across her body, most notably from her left eye and across much of her hands, the inside of 'nose' cavity and mouth. She also has an odd, even glossy blueish-green tint to her muscle - closer inspection will show thin patches of tiny scales on thin, near-clear films of fishy skin, as well as gill slits along the sides of her neck just underneath her jaw.
  
  She has survived two hundred years since the war and has the scars to show it, but they are seldom seen. Generally Morgan remains mostly covered up in the patched up remains of a nice suit and tie, black suit pants and military boots, a filter mask covering the lower portion of her face, a pair of aviator sunglasses, and a narrow, leather cowboy hat decorated with a hatband of various charms on a chain. She variates her type of attire every decade or so, but is currently traveling in California and finds their western style charming.

• Personality

  Morgan is incredibly jaded and bitter, often rude and unapologetic, and at times can come across as incredibly neutral to the plight of others as a hardcore realist and logical individual. She has an odd sense of humor that at times can seem cruel - after having been alive for so long, however, those things that make her smile are those that are the most unexpected.
  
  While sentient and even intelligent, her sanity is admittedly more questionable.
  
  At heart she has managed to remain a good person who perhaps still holds a sliver of hope for the future of mankind. She quietly accepts that she a broken cog in a battered machine and will eventually run her course like all of her kind; an enigma with a twisted sort of inner peace, a woman of a long fading era that travels far and wide seeking knowledge for the sake of knowledge. She helps those she comes across in true need, unable to simply remain a bystander of heinous acts or misery.
  
  A ghoul with an odd attachment to the ocean, likely due to having been at sea when the bombs fell, she is often compelled to travel the coastlines, enjoying the ocean and peace often brought by irradiated tidal pools. She feels 'cold' when away from sources of stronger radiation.
